New application for Additional Licence
Additional licensing covers smaller HMOs that do not fall within mandatory licensing.
Additional
licenses are valid until 12th April 2022 (end of 5 year scheme).
This application form takes
approximately 45 minutes to complete. You can stop and come back to it again using the code emailed
to
you. However, if you have not completed the first stage of the form and paid the initial administration
fee within 6 weeks of starting the application you will need to start again paying the appropriate fee
available at that time.
Please have your Gas Safety, Electrical Condition Certificate, Fire
Detection Certificate and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to hand as you will need these to complete
the application.
